This is basically an idea for the Student Anthology cover for the school's comic...which I might summit something this year XD...I dunno, I guess I'm still not really into putting my trust on other publication besides myself...but hey, there's a first time for everything! . But I usually do things in my own way, term and time... Irt's just an idea, it might not even be aproved...

I wish I checked DA more...and that I drew really more like...oh...at all.
Critique...hmm...the style is interesting. =3 I like how it's sort of smooth, definitely comic-like, but not anatomically overexagerrated...definitely not true realism, but also not a childish cartoon with the big circle-with-dot eyes and all, ¿entiendes? Pero, it's also very nicely detailed...I like the not-too-complicated shadow effect from the hood...and the mask is nice. When I draw metallic things, I can never seem to get it to look metallic--always a flat gray. ^_^;; There are nice designs, indeed very pretty and subtle...you used interesting effects to texture the clothing--either your drawing style has changed since I last saw a recent work, or you experimented with great success! The hands seem a good size, but if he's supposed to be holding it with his hands like a ball, it may be mispositioned...however, if it's sitting in his palms, looks good. XP Just, if he's trying to hold with his hands/fingers, it would be sliding down his wrists and arms from that position, ¿no? Maybe tilt more downwards from the wrists and inwards with the forearms so that the hand are cupping from a sideways/underneath - ish angle? ~~ I say this from imagining I want to hold a large-sized ball (because the CBS sphere-ish thing is rather large, nee? If someone was placing it into my hands and I had to hold it, that's how my hands automatically go to receive it and hold it up. ~~ Try it, nee? Or, if los supermercados are similar there, and the big ones sometimes have toys for los niños et cetera, then perhaps you can go and see if they have a large rubber bouncing ball the next time you go to buy groceries. XP After all--I could be wrong! Pero, I think I may have the right idea. ~~;; Who knows. XD
Some people have been asking me about this stuff so I decided to gather all information in one single article on how to make your own portfolio, in a profesional and clean looking way. I hope it's useful, because these steps I myself take.
In this article I will provide you some ideas how you can build your own homestudio for considerably cheaper price than it would cost to use "official" studio gear. I will also show you few examples where I have used the gear I describe during this article.
DeviantArt is full of extremely well produced artistic fashion and fine art photographs. Make up. Styling. Creation of scenery. Story. Light. Glamour. A combination of these expressions sometimes make up a great photograph. But the protagonists of these pictures are usually female.
So... now it's the time for male models to come into focus.
`karemelancholia is one of the most genuine deviants you could ever met. Always active and a true deviantART cheerleader and supporter in every aspect. You can always count on her to lend a hand or get involved, and you usually will find her doing large amounts of both at any given moment. She's consistently reports on contests around dA, showcases the efforts of her fellow artists and shows her charitable side through various activities. Besides all of this, she's a truly talented artist which is why she's an obvious choice for deviousness this month. Read More
